To buy goods from our store please browse through our catalogue, select what you like, and press the “add to cart” button and later “checkout”. Fill out delivery details and pay for your goods.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this. Some products have to be made to order (“available on back order”), the manufacturer makes them only if requested. If you buy such an item we will inform you about it. It takes 28 days to manufacture a special order, plus the delivery time. If you can not wait you can cancel your order, we will give a full refund.
On this website, we accept Paypal Express payments, credit cards, and debit cards, all through Paypal. You don’t need Paypal account to pay for your order, a credit card is enough. Your card details are secure and we don’t have access to them. You don’t have to set up an account with us. Delivery details can be taken from Paypal.
Delivery will take anything from 5 to 20 working days. All our products are sourced from continental Europe so it takes time to deliver goods to Ireland.
You must inspect your goods before signing for delivery. If your goods are faulty don’t accept them and the courier will take them back to bathroomfurniture.ie
Our standard delivery is free to mainland Ireland, for orders over 100€. We can deliver to islands at extra cost, please contact us before placing your order in that case.
Deliveries to county Kerry and Donegal carry extra charge between 50 or 100€, we reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver to a remote area. Full refund will be issued immediately.
Small items like mirrors and cabinets may require a longer shipping time. We have to ship items like that together with some larger units and it may take time to collect enough orders to cover the delivery of a single small item.
We are not responsible for installation and maintenance of the goods. We do not regulate drawers and doors, this is your responsibility and your installer has to do this for you. Regulation of drawers and other movable parts is not a repair, it is a maintenance as per normal use and we are not responsible for this. Your warranty card attached to every unit has instructions how to regulate drawers and other parts.
You must notify us first that you want to return an item. We may refuse goods that are returned without good reason. Upon return we will test the goods for faults or damage. We advise you to insure your package. Furniture items are bulky and can easily be damaged in transit. Mirrors and basins are particularly fragile, please make sure that your courier will deliver them safely.
Your item must be in a saleable condition, not damaged. Items that have been installed in your bathroom are not returnable. If we have to repack the returned item there will be a 10% deduction from your refund to cover the cost.
In any case, you can not remove the protective foil on cabinets. This foil protects furniture against scratches during installation and can be removed after installation only.
You have 10 working days to return your items.
N.B. Delivery times are very flexible and may include weekends, and bank holidays.
